Rewrite Your Life Script: The Power of 10 Million Daimoku

おはようございます！創価学会仏壇専門店の島でございます。本日、朝の唱題も「1002回目」を迎えました。
Good morning! I am Shima from “Oubaitouri,” a Soka Gakkai Buddhist Altar Shop. Today marks my 1,002nd morning of chanting since reaching my goal of 10 million prayers.

一千万遍という大きな節目を超えた今、私の心は不思議なほど軽やかです。なぜ、これほどまでに命が躍動しているのか。
Crossing the 10-million milestone has left me feeling incredibly uplifted. My life force is pulsating with energy.

それは、一千万遍という闘争の果てに、私は「人生のシナリオを自在に書き直す力」を手に入れたからです。
Through this journey of 10 million Daimoku, I have gained the power to freely rewrite the script of my own life.

■ 「あとは題目しかない」という覚悟の正体
“Daimoku Is the Only Way” — A Real-Life Determination

創価学会仏壇専門店を営んで四十四年。三年前、経営が立ち行かなくなる現信を前に、私は自分自身に烈火のごとき檄を飛ばしたのです。
Having run my shop for 44 years, I faced a severe business crisis three years ago. At that moment, I roared at my own life:

これが私の原点です。悲壮感などありません。「実践しているか、いないか」。その差を自分自身で証明するために、私は「一日一万遍」の境界線へ踏み出したのです。
This was my turning point. To prove the power of actual practice, I committed myself to chanting 10,000 Daimoku every single day.

■ 1000年先への遺言
A Testament for the Next 1,000 Years

今回の節目に合わせ、私は新たな著作の執筆を開始します。これは、1000年後の私の孫や子孫に「題目根本こそが勝利の道なんだよ」と伝えるための「証拠」なのです。
I am starting a new book to serve as proof for my descendants 1,000 years from now. I want them to know that Daimoku is the absolute foundation for victory.

■ 未来は、今この瞬間の「一念」で決まる
The Future Is Decided by Your Determination (Ichinen)

私が言う「希望」とは、地獄のような現実を前にしても、御本尊に向かって端座し、祈り抜く。その瞬間に、宿命を「勝利」へと書き換えていく「生命の変革の祈り」のことです。
“Hope” is the prayer for internal transformation. It is the power to sit before the Gohonzon and rewrite a script of suffering into one of victory.
