Good morning! I hope everyone is doing well today. This is Shima from Oubaitori.com. I am presenting today’s “Morning 10,000 Daimoku Experience Journal.”

本日、新しい一週間がスタートする月曜日はあいにくの雨模様となりました。少し肌寒くなるかもしれませんので、皆さまもどうか体調には十分にお気をつけて、一週間を健やかに出発してまいりたいと思います。

Today, Monday, marking the start of a brand new week, has unfortunately brought rainy weather. It might get a bit chilly, so please take extra care of your health as we journey healthily through the week ahead.

🌟 霧が晴れたようなすっきりとした大確信のなかにいます

Being in a State of Clear, Refreshing and Absolute Conviction

さて、ここ2〜3日、私自身の心境がとってもすっきりとしております。ますます、この南無妙法蓮華経のお題目、その言葉の通りに、どこまでも「前進、前進」している自分自身をリアルに実感しているところでございます。

For the past two or three days, my mind has felt incredibly clear and refreshed. More than ever, I can deeply feel myself making continuous “progress and advancement,” exactly as the power of Nam-myoho-renge-kyo promises.

振り返ってみますと、「何がそんなに原型と違ったのか」ということなのですが、実は先週、非常に大きな功徳（大読）をいただきました。それは、お会いした方々とこの「信心の話」を、真剣に、精度高く対話させていただいたことです。

Looking back on what made such a massive difference, I realize I received a profound benefit last week. It came through having deep, sincere, and high-quality Buddhist dialogues regarding faith with the people I met.

🎯 自分の「信心の基準」を他人に振り向けていた自分に気づく

Realizing I Was Directing My Own “Standards of Faith” Toward Others

その対話を通じるなかで、私自身が今まで様々なこだわりを持っていた「信心の基準」、つまり自分自身の中のルールですね。これについて、大きな気づきがありました。本来は「自分自身に当てはめるべき基準」であるはずのものを、客観的に見たとしたら、少し「他者」の方へ振り向けてしまっていたのではないか、ということにハッと気がついたのです。

Through these dialogues, I had a major realization about the “standards of faith”—my own personal rules—that I had been rigidly clinging to. I suddenly noticed that I had unconsciously been projecting the strict criteria meant only for myself onto other people.

それは相手を思うがゆえであり、相手を心配するがゆえの行動ではあったのですが、知らず知らずのうちに、自分に向けるべき信心の基準でその方を見てしまっていたという事があったのです。そこに気がついた瞬間、その執着をスパッとカットすることができました。

While I did this out of genuine care and concern for them, I was inadvertently evaluating them based on the spiritual metrics meant for my own self-discipline. The moment I realized this, I completely severed that attachment.

そう深く納得し、心の底からすっきりと腑に落ちたのです。

Gaining this deep understanding allowed me to feel a profound sense of inner resolution and peace from the bottom of my heart.

🚀 そのパワーを自分に向ければ、生命は「爆速」で加速する！

Redirecting that Power Inward Causes Life to Advance at “Lightning Speed”!

他者へ向けていたその心配やこだわりのパワーを、「自分自身」へ100%振り向ける。そうした瞬間に、自分自身がさらにスピードアップし、己の生命が徹底的に精査され、磨き上げられていく方向へと、大いなるエネルギーが凄まじい勢いで集中してまいりました！

By redirecting 100% of the energy previously spent on worrying about or judging others back onto myself, a tremendous force immediately surged inward. It accelerated my rhythm, focused my mind, and purified my life force to an immense degree!

これこそが、御本尊様の功徳です。ある意味で「爆速」で、また前に進む力が何倍も強くなったと大確信しております。「レッツ題目！」で祈り抜いていく中に、必ず諸天善神が厳然と現れ、出会うべき人とお会いさせてくださり、なおかつそこで、前進するための重要なヒントを次々と与えてくれているのだと、強く、強く感じております。

This is the magnificent benefit of the Gohonzon. I am absolutely convinced that my forward momentum has multiplied at a lightning-fast pace. As we chant passionately with the spirit of “Let’s Daimoku!”, the Shoten Zenjin (protective functions of the universe) unfailingly manifest. They align us with the right connections and continuously provide crucial breakthroughs to propel us forward.
