なんとなく元気が出ない朝は、ともかく題目を / When the morning feels heavy, just chant
「今日はなんとなく元気が出ない」「やる気が湧いてこない」——そんな朝も、誰にでもありますよね。そういうときこそ、ともかく題目を唱えてみてください。声に出して唱えていくうちに、ふわっと霧が晴れるように心が軽くなり、自分の生命の奥底から底力がわき出してくる。その実感が、必ず訪れます。
題目根本で生きるという生き方 / A life rooted in Daimoku
題目根本で生きるとは、特別な話ではありません。命でその力を感じ、日々の行動に現れてくる——それが本当の信心なんです。私たちは毎日、自分自身の生活の中で実験し、証明していく。頭で理解するのではなく、体験として一つひとつ積み重ねていく。その積み重ねが、やがて揺るがぬ確信になっていきます。
ありのままの姿で、桜梅桃李の花を咲かせる / Bloom your own flower, just as you are
桜梅桃李——桜は桜、梅は梅、桃は桃、李（すもも）は李。それぞれが、他の誰かになろうとせず、自分らしい花を咲かせていきます。信心もまったく同じ。誰かと比べる必要はありません。ありのままの姿で、あなたにしか咲かせられない花を、堂々と咲かせていけばいい。その一歩は、今朝の題目から始まります。
さあ、今日も一日が始まります。元気が出ない朝も、絶好調の朝も、まずは題目から。Let’s Daimoku! 今日も、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

Good morning. This is Yukihiro Shima of Oubaitori.com. Once again this morning, I was able to make a fresh, clear start. Feeling renewed each day, filled with a great life force — all of this flows from one thing: a life rooted in the Daimoku of Nam-myoho-renge-kyo.
When the morning feels heavy, just chant. Some mornings we simply lack energy or motivation — that happens to everyone. On those very mornings, try chanting anyway. As you voice the Daimoku, the fog lifts, your heart grows lighter, and a deep strength wells up from within. That feeling always comes.
A life rooted in Daimoku. This is nothing extraordinary. We feel its power in our own lives, and it shows in our daily actions — that is true faith. Each day we experiment and prove it in our own living, building it up not as theory but as real experience. Over time, that becomes unshakable conviction.
Bloom your own flower, just as you are. Oubaitori — cherry, plum, peach, and apricot each bloom in their own way, never trying to become another. Faith is the same. There is no need to compare yourself with anyone. Just as you are, bloom the flower that only you can bloom. That first step begins with this morning’s Daimoku. Let’s Daimoku!
