The body answers, if you do not stop
Lately I stretch in the morning and again at night. The range keeps opening. Lying down, my legs now swing round and round. A small thing. It made me glad.
I am sixty-nine. The body still answers. Then the blood moves, and I sit before the Gohonzon. That is the order of my morning now.
Before the Gohonzon
I sit and break through, sheet by sheet. And I set one thing in myself first: this life is an enormous thing. Then Gongyo. Then Daimoku.
Today I will create value that did not exist yesterday. One step forward. I will evolve — I have decided that. I chant with that in me, and I come to the phone with strength.
History is made today
What kind of day today becomes is up to you. The drama of your own human revolution — how you live it today — is up to you, and up to me.
History is made today. It is being made now.
Decide. Pray. Act. It is made inside that.
The heat outside, the clearness inside
It is fiercely hot here. But this is no time to lose to the heat. The match of a life is on, every single day.
Some of you may say I am too intense for the morning. Perhaps I am. But inside, it is clear and cool.
Today again — for kosen-rufu, for the world — how far can I evolve? That is the match I am living. Thank you. Let’s Daimoku.
