“Passing on the joy of faith to the next generation.”
Our annual “Spring Training Camp” has begun! Since yesterday, my daughters’ families and my precious grandchildren have gathered for a joyful 4-day stay.
I have decided to take the day off today (my capable staff, Kimura-kun, is handling the shop perfectly!). Spending time with these young “Treasures of the Future” is an irreplaceable time for building the foundation of Kosen-rufu.
Today’s plan: A fun lunch at a “Michi-no-Eki” (Roadside Station), followed by a visit to the Ibaraki Nature Museum in the afternoon.
From now until bedtime, I will be 100% focused on my grandchildren. I won’t even touch my smartphone! I am living for them today!
I teach them: “Gassho means focusing your heart as one,” and “Chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo gives you the ‘Super Power’ to be your best self!”
Through my own behavior, I want to pass on the “Joy of Faith” rather than just theory.
I am deeply grateful for the warm messages and inquiries I receive daily. I will cherish this time for the next generation and return tomorrow to support you all with full energy!
