Today marks the memorable 1,047th day of my “10,000 Daimoku Chanting Experience.” I would like to express my profound gratitude to all the comrades around the world with whom I can pray and move forward every single day.

みなさん、こんにちは！桜梅桃李.comの島です。今日も大変に価値ある、生命力あふれる朝をお迎えでしょうか！本日で朝の題目1万遍体験記は、記念すべき「1,047回目」を数えました。日々、世界中の同志の皆様と共に祈り、前進できることに万感の感謝を申し上げます。

During this morning’s liturgy (Gongyo), while reciting the “Ju-Nyo-Ze” (Ten Factors) from the Expedient Means (Hoben) chapter, I suddenly felt a profound awakening in my heart. As I repeatedly chanted Daimoku three times to dig deeper into its meaning, I felt the deep, bottomless significance of each word penetrating into the depths of my life. The life philosophy of Buddhism is truly tremendous! I look forward to sharing more details about this feeling of great conviction on a future YouTube Live stream!

今朝の勤行の際、方便品の「いわゆる諸法。如是相。如是性。如是体。如死力。如是作。如是因。如是縁。如死果。如是報。如是本末究竟等」の読誦のところで、ふと「あれ？」と心が立ち止まりました。3回繰り返して深く深くお題目を重ねていくうちに、その一字一句に込められた底知れない深遠な意味合いが、命の奥底へドクドクと染み込んでくる強烈な覚醒を体験いたしました。仏法の生命哲学は本当に凄まじい！この「すっかり心が満たされた大確信」の詳細は、また改めてYouTubeライブ等でじっくり皆様にお届けしたいと思っております！

Today, I am taking a highway bus from Sakai-machi, heading to Tokyo via Ouji Station to attend my elementary school reunion! Having gone through the pandemic, this is our first meeting in a long time. I feel a mix of great excitement and a solemn sense of responsibility. As we reach an age where some of our childhood friends have passed away, I realize the stern reality of life. Because of this, I am deeply grateful for the miracle of being healthy, alive, and able to reconnect with friends. I will transform the memory of my departed friends into powerful life force and create a wonderful day of human bonds!

本日はこれから、境町から東京行き高速バスに乗り、王子駅を経由して東京へと向かいます。小学校時代の懐かしい同窓会に出席するためです！コロナ禍を経て、本当に久しぶりとなる再会の舞台。大きなワクワクと同時に、独特の引き締まるような緊張感に包まれています。この数年の間に、共に時代を駆け抜けた竹馬の友が残念ながら旅立たれたという、人生の厳粛な現実に直面する年代に入ってまいりました。だからこそ、今こうして元気に生きて戦えていること、そして友と再び語り合える絆の奇跡に、ただただ感謝の念が溢れて止まりません。亡き友の思いも全て生命力に変えて、最高の激励と人間の絆を結ぶ一日にしてまいります！
