今朝もお題目1万遍を全力であげきる中で、私の命に強烈に湧き上がってきた確信があります。それは、「毎日進化することの圧倒的な楽しさ」です。

お題目根本に、すっと次の行動へスタートダッシュを切ろうとするとき、私たちの心の袖を引っ張るある事があります。それが、自分自身の「執着」です。
「以前はこうだったから」「こうしなければならない」という過去のやり方や古い固定観念に執着してしまうと、それがすべて前進を阻むブレーキになってしまいます。小さなブレーキならまだ軌道修正ができますが、「ドン！」と一旦停止してしまうような大きなブレーキになってしまうと、行動の勢いが止まり、強いストレスを感じてしまうことになります。皆様の日常の戦いの中でも、このような経験はありませんでしょうか？
大切なのは、自分自身の心を常に「すっきり」と澄み切らせておくことです。
When we base our lives on Daimoku and try to dash forward into our next action, there is something that pulls us back by the sleeve—our own “attachments.”
If we cling to past ways or rigid fixed concepts thinking, “This is how it used to be,” it turns into a heavy brake on our progress. If it becomes a massive slamming brake that forces us to a dead stop, our momentum is lost and it causes immense stress. Have you ever experienced this in your daily challenges?
The key is to always keep your mind perfectly clear and uncluttered.

朝の唱題行の中で、深く、深くお題目を唱え抜いていく。昨日から今日、今日から明日へと流れていく「真実と現実」の時間の中で、これから起こりうる全ての想定、あるいは「もしかしたらこうなるかもしれない」という未来の課題に一念を合わせ、思いを馳せていきます。
そうして、自分の頭で分かっている「意識」の領域だけでなく、心の奥底にある「無意識」の領域にいたるまで、すべてを南無妙法蓮華経の響きで包み込んでいくのです。
これによって、これからぶつかるはずだった壁や悩みが、未然に、あるいはその瞬間に、すっと最高の方向へと劇的に好展開していく。この厳たる功徳の実証を、私は日々の実践の中で100%リアルに体験させていただいております。
During morning Nam-myoho-renge-kyo chanting, we pray deeply. In the flow of time—from yesterday to today, and today to tomorrow—we align our focus with every expected scenario, and even the unexpected future challenges.
By doing so, we enfold not only our conscious thoughts but also the deepest unconscious layers of our minds within the resonant sound of the Mystic Law.
Through this, the obstacles and worries we were meant to collide with are shifted and transformed into the absolute best direction, either beforehand or at that exact moment. I am experiencing this undeniable proof of benefit 100% vividly in my daily practice!

もちろん、生きている限り、日々の現場で小さな壁にはバンバンバンバン当たっています！何も悩みがないわけではありません。
