土曜日の朝、まだ空気の澄んだ静かな時間に題目をあげていると、この一日、この一週間の課題や気づきが、次々と浮かんでは消えていきます。そんな格闘の日々のなかで、今あらためて感じているのは——自分の人生の大きな節目に、今まさに立っているという実感です。

題目は、傷ついた生命に染み込んでいく / Daimoku seeps into a wounded life
毎日、自分の使命と真正面から向き合っていると、心も体もヘトヘトになることがあります。それでも題目をあげると、そのボロボロになった傷のところに、御本尊の力がすーっと染み込んでくる。「なんとしても助けずにはおかない」——そんな大きな慈悲に包まれるようで、そこから生命の蘇生が始まっていくのを感じるんです。池田先生が「成長し続けることが大切だ」と教えてくださった通り、進んだ分だけ確かに成長している。その手応えが、毎日の題目のなかにあります。

When I face my mission head-on every day, both my heart and body can grow completely worn out. And yet, when I chant Daimoku, the power of the Gohonzon seeps quietly into those wounds — as if a great compassion is saying, “I will not leave you unhealed.” From there, my life begins to revive.
As President Ikeda taught, what matters most is to keep growing. As long as I move forward, I am truly growing — and I feel that reality within my Daimoku each morning.
使命を自覚したとき、才能の芽は急速に伸びる / Awaken to your mission, and talents bloom
かつては題目が苦手だった私が、毎日一万遍の唱題を続けるなかで、日本語と英語のバイリンガル書籍『Let’s Daimoku!』を出版できるまでになりました。明日には英語版も届く予定です。虚空厨子のホームページも更新し、YouTubeチャンネルも一人で少しずつ進化させています。想いを、目に見える実証として形に残していく。それが何より大事だと思っているんです。

I was once a man who struggled with Daimoku. Yet through chanting 10,000 Daimoku every day, I was able to publish a bilingual book, Let’s Daimoku! — with the English edition arriving tomorrow. Turning our thoughts into visible proof, step by step: to me, nothing matters more.
「生命変革の祈り」シート / The “Life Transformation Prayer” sheet
今日、このライブに四十分も遅刻してしまいました。「生命変革の祈り」のシートを、十回にわたって作り直していたからです。これは朝晩の勤行の前に読む一枚。池田先生のご指導、三大秘法、そして教学をもとに、御本尊様への向き合い方と生命変革の祈りについて、細部まで推敲を重ねてまとめました。会合に行くときに身なりを整えるように、勤行という尊い儀式にも、きちんと準備をして臨む。そのひと手間で、題目の深さが変わってくるんです。

I was 40 minutes late to today’s live stream — because I was revising, for the tenth time, a single sheet I call the “Life Transformation Prayer.” It is one page to read before Gongyo, morning and evening.
Just as we tidy ourselves before attending a meeting, we can prepare ourselves before the sacred practice of Gongyo. That small effort changes the depth of our Daimoku. Living, living, living through it all — thanks to Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, I am able to live each day this way. Let’s Daimoku!
