Hello everyone. This is Shima from Oubaitori.

本日も「朝の題目1万遍」の体験をお届けします。
Today, I’d like to share my experience of chanting 10,000 Daimoku this morning.

「相手が好きか嫌いか、そんなちっぽけな感情で祈りを選別しているうちは、それは本当の『仏の祈り』ではないのではないか」

“As long as I select whom to pray for based on petty feelings of like or dislike, it is not yet the true ‘Prayer of a Buddha’.”

自分のエゴの境界線を、お題目によって一歩だけ超えることができた。そのことが何よりも清々しい体験でした。
Chanting allowed me to step beyond the boundaries of my own ego. It was a truly refreshing experience.
