今朝も歓喜の命でスタートしました。お題目を唱えていると、自分の生命の中からこれほどまでに可能性がバンバンと湧き出てくる——無限なんじゃないかと思うほどの、素晴らしい生命力を感じています。
パワーだけじゃありません。素晴らしい考え方、そして行動へのエネルギーが次々と出てくる。これを毎日、実感として体感しています。

This morning too, I started my day with a life full of joy. When I chant Daimoku, incredible possibilities well up from deep within my life — so much so that I feel it must be truly infinite. It’s not just energy. Wonderful ways of thinking and the drive to act come forth one after another. I feel this every single day, as a real, lived experience.
題目は「感じる」ものではなく、「溢れる」もの
/ Daimoku Doesn’t Just “Feel Good” — It Overflows
なぜ毎日実感できるのか。それはもちろん、信心での自覚・実感・体感・体験です。
もう喜びが溢れている状態——そう表現するのが一番正確です。ただ、それを外に向かってどのように形に表していくか、振る舞いに現していくか、というところに、実は難しさもあります。
撮影中はこのように笑顔でいられますが、何かを考えているときは難しい顔になっている。孫に会ったとき「どうしたの？」と言われる顔になっていることもある（笑）。それが正直な私の姿でもあります。

Why can I feel this every day? It comes from faith — from conviction, experience, and the living proof of practice. Joy simply overflows. That’s the most accurate way to describe it. And yet, expressing that inner state outward — through actions, through your face, through how you carry yourself — that part takes real effort.
When I’m filming I can smile naturally, but when I’m deep in thought, my expression becomes serious. Sometimes my grandchildren ask, “Grandpa, are you okay?” (laughs). That’s the honest truth of who I am.
仕事の課題は山積している——それでも生命力でバンバンと崩していく
/ Challenges Pile Up — But Life Force Breaks Through Them All
仕事以外でも、様々な課題が山積しています。その山の重さに潰されそうな気持ちになることも、正直あります。
ですが私の場合、南無妙法蓮華経のお題目を根本にしているからこそ、生命力が溢れてくる。45年という長い歳月の中で、「難しい」「できない」「どうしたらいいか」とぶつかってきた壁が、今どんどん馬力をかけて改善されています。
具体的には、今まで自分ではできなかったKindle出版が、今や自分でできるようになりました。AIを活用しているからです。題目を上げ、AIを活用する。この掛け合わせによって、どんどん前進できています。

Challenges pile up not just in business, but in life overall. Honestly, there are moments when the weight of it all feels crushing. But because I have Nam-myoho-renge-kyo as my foundation, life force wells up from within. Walls that blocked me for 45 years are now being broken through, one by one, with full power.
One concrete example: Kindle publishing, which I once couldn’t do on my own, I can now do by myself — because of AI. Chanting Daimoku and using AI together. This combination is what keeps me moving forward.
ドロドロだった東京湾が、透き通るように——
/ From Murky to Crystal Clear — Like Tokyo Bay
過去の話ですが、昭和40年頃の東京湾はヘドロでドロドロで海水が濁っていました。今は透き通るほど美しくなっている——あの変化と同じことが、私の仕事と生命に起きています。
題目の力とは、そういうものだと思っています。お題目の可能性は、本当に無限です。レッツ！題目。

This is a story from the past: around 1965, Tokyo Bay was thick with sludge — the water was dark and murky. Today, it is beautifully clear. The very same transformation is happening in my work and in my life through Daimoku.
That is what the power of Daimoku truly is. The potential of chanting is infinite. Let’s Daimoku!
