Last night, I was exhausted. But this morning’s Daimoku triggered a “Life Burst”! Chanting is the dynamic process of shattering the limits and restrictions we unconsciously place upon ourselves.

昨夜は宿命との激闘を振り返り「エンプティ（空っぽ）」の状態でしたが、今朝の題目で驚天動地の「バースト（大展開）」が起きました！題目は自分自身でかけているリミットを外す作業なのです。

It is not our environment or others that set our boundaries; it is we who limit ourselves. The moment you release that internal brake, infinite energy wells up from within.

限界を決めているのは自分自身です。そのブレーキを外した瞬間、内側から無限のエネルギーが湧き上がってきます。
