Practical Action: The “G-Cafe” / 実践の場「Gカフェ」

Yesterday, I visited a fellow member who is recovering from a stroke. We call these small, voluntary gatherings “G-Cafe.”
昨日は脳梗塞のリハビリに励む壮年部のメンバーの元へ。「Gカフェ」という独自の少人数会合を行いました。

He is now starting to walk again and speak more clearly. Seeing his victory through 리ハビリ (rehabilitation) gives me such great joy.
車椅子から少しずつ歩けるようになり、言葉も出てきた。その実証の姿に、私の方が喜びをいただいています。

The point is to take voluntary action rather than waiting for an organization’s flow. Just like the Women’s Division enjoys their small group meetings, we in the Men’s Division are challenging ourselves to create these circles of encouragement.
組織の流れを待つのではなく、自発的に動く。女性部の皆さんのように、我ら壮年部も対話の場を自ら作り出していきたい。
