仏法で説く「如是相（にょぜそう）」の通り、私たちの生命状態は隠そうとしても表情や振る舞いに現れます。内側から輝くために大切なのは、お題目を「義務」として頑張るのではなく、自分を幸せにするための「心の洗濯」と捉えることです。

朝のお題目で命をスッキリと洗い流せば、本来の輝きが溢れ出し、価値ある一日を創り出すエネルギーが湧いてきます。さあ、今日も清々しく出発しましょう！

Good morning! This is Shima from Oubaitori.
As the Buddhist concept of “Nyoze-so” (appearance) teaches, our inner life state is naturally revealed in our expressions and behavior. To shine from within, it’s important not to treat chanting Daimoku as a “duty” or a struggle, but as a “laundering of the heart” to make ourselves happy.

When we refresh and wash our lives through morning Daimoku, our inherent brilliance overflows, giving us the energy to create a value-filled day. Let’s start this day with a fresh and clear mind!
