AI vs. Me: The “Magic Seal” Victory
おはようございます！LB・LBブログの島でございます。なぜ仏壇屋がAIを使うのか？という挑戦も、今日で4回目。実は昨日……AIとの格闘で、もう笑っちゃうほど大変な思いをしました（笑）。
Good morning! This is Shima from the LB/LB Blog. Day 4 of the challenge: “Why does a Buddhist altar shop use AI?” Actually, yesterday… I had such a struggle with AI that it was almost laughable (haha).
ブログの画像を作ろうとしたんですが、1回目はいい感じ。ところが2回目、私の顔がどうしても「デカい」んです。「もっと小さくしてくれ」と何度頼んでも、AIが頑固として言うことを聞いてくれない。
I tried to create a blog image. The first one was okay, but the second one… my face was just too “huge.” No matter how many times I asked to make it smaller, the AI stubbornly refused to listen.
ついには全く知らない「謎のおじさん」が登場し始めました（笑）。「これ、私じゃないから！私の顔に替えて！」と指示を出したのですが……それでもダメ。
Then, a completely unknown “mysterious middle-aged man” started appearing (haha). I told the AI, “That’s not me! Change it to my face!” …but it still didn’t work.
そこで私はAIを諦め、自分の顔写真をCanvaで背景透過。AIが作った背景の上に「マジックシール」のようにペタッと手作業で貼り付けたんです。「なんだ、これでいいじゃないか！」と。
So I gave up on AI and used Canva to cut out my own photo. I pasted it manually onto the AI background like a “Magic Seal.” I thought, “Hey, this is all I needed!”
AIを使う目的は効率化だけでなく「価値創造」です。操作に時間を溶かしてはタイパが悪くなる。「AIの弱点を自分の手でサッと補うこと」こそが正解でした。
The goal of using AI is not just efficiency, but “Value Creation.” Wasting too much time on operations ruins the time-effectiveness. The right answer was to supplement AI’s weaknesses with my own hands.
