When you’re tired, rest

I slept well again yesterday. When you’re tired, the thing to do is simply sleep.

Past the point of not being able to fall asleep, I’ve had about a week of days when I was just so, so sleepy. I’ve been sleeping a great deal. And at last, somehow, I’ve made it this far.

When you’re tired, please rest. I don’t think there is anything more, or anything less, to it. Just sleep. Even when you can’t fall asleep, lie down, turn off your smartphone, darken the room, keep it quiet, and rest. I hope you will keep that in mind.

Health and longevity come from daily balance

Even when we speak of health and longevity, it really comes down to balance in our daily lives. In a world where stress is at its maximum, that isn’t easy.

So, to put ourselves back in order, rest is the only place to start!

We are more tired than we think, and we rarely notice it. That is what I’ve been experiencing this time.

I don’t feel fully refreshed yet, but today is our day off, so I hope to spend it in a brief moment free from stress.

Even so, daimoku is never skipped

Let’s Daimoku! Even so, I cannot go without daimoku. No matter what happens, I will not skip it. Having made that decision, I continue chanting 10,000 daimoku every morning.

Through it all, I am convinced that I myself am transforming my karma and carrying out my human revolution.

Let’s Daimoku! Thank you again for today.

Bloom your own way, at your very best.
